Annual Report

Annually, every affiliated institution is asked to complete an online report that provides information about degrees offered, enrollment, branch campuses, distance education, planned substantive changes, and current contact information, among other items. 

The 2011 Annual Report is now closed for data collection.  It will reopen in Winter, 2012 for the 2012 Annual Report collection cycle.
