Annual Report
Annually, every affiliated institution is asked to complete an online report that provides information about degrees offered, enrollment, branch campuses, distance education, planned substantive changes, and current contact information, among other items. This year's Annual Report is now accessible. We ask that completed reports be submitted to the Commission by July 23, 2008.
Any instructional site other than the main campus at which at least 50 percent of an educational program is offered must be reported. (Sites for short-term study abroad programs need not be reported.) In addition, institutions must report credit-bearing or other Title IV-eligible programs of which 50 percent or more of a certificate or degree may be earned through electronically delivered instruction or degree completion programs where requirements can be completed entirely through electronically delivered instruction.
